I know firsthand how difficult life can be when sleep doesn’t come naturally.
My Story: Insomnia and how sleep became intuitive again.
I’m Kate Blyth, a Sleep Coach based in Wanaka, dedicated to supporting you in improving your sleep. My approach is rooted in evidence-based practices designed to unravel the science of sleep and help you align with your body's natural rhythms and innate ability to sleep.

I struggled with chronic insomnia, and like many people facing this challenge, I tried almost everything—from the medical approach of sleeping pills to the holistic spectrum of hypnosis, and everything in between, including an overflowing cupboard of expensive supplements. While some of these offered a band-aid solution that worked for a time, nothing brought back long-term, dependable sleep patterns. With young children and a busy working life, it was a struggle to get through each day.

Eventually, I discovered Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), which was the most powerful tool in resetting my deeply ingrained sleep patterns. CBT-I acted as the elevator that took me out of the depths of my insomnia.
I have continued to implement the principles of CBT-I to further enhance my sleep quality and maintain healthy sleep patterns to this day. Insomnia felt insurmountable until I found this approach, which inspired me to study and learn extensively about it, driven by the hope of helping others navigate these challenges.

My personalised sleep coaching sessions are tailored to address your unique needs, dispel common sleep myths, and offer practical, lasting solutions for better sleep.
Sleep is often considered one of the pillars of health,
but I see it as the foundation on which these pillars rest.
By nurturing healthy sleep habits and improving sleep, the other aspects of well-being fall into place more easily.
